Running to be the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Victoria–Beacon Hill

Safer streets, honest budgets, a downtown that works.

A number on every promise. A report every quarter.

After 9 years of the same government, B.C. is running a $13.8 billion deficit, about 1 in 4 British Columbians (24.7%) had no family doctor or nurse practitioner in June 2025, the median wait from a family doctor's referral to treatment was 32.2 weeks, and Pandora Avenue shows what happens when a problem is left alone. This riding sat on the government side the whole time. It got announcements. It didn’t get results.

About me

I’m a test engineer. I’ll do that job in the Legislature: a number on every promise, a public report every quarter. If the Ministry won’t publish the Island’s numbers, I’ll file the FOI and print the refusal.

I'm a dad, a professional engineer (P.Eng.) and a small-business owner in Fairfield. For more than 15 years I've led engineering teams and delivered multimillion-dollar projects on budget and on deadline, from gas turbine test facilities on three continents to space robotics. Today I'm a test and evaluation engineer in the defence sector, and I run a Victoria engineering consulting and media company.

Born in Nice, France, I studied mechanical engineering at Florida Institute of Technology and came to Canada in 2011 for graduate research at Université Laval in Quebec City. I've since lived in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. I settled in Victoria in 2023 to raise my daughter, and became a Canadian citizen that same year. I speak English and French.

I volunteer with Chabad of Vancouver Island. I'm running because neighbours across this riding tell me the same things: they can't find a family doctor, rent is out of reach, everything costs more, and downtown doesn't feel safe.

My priorities and proposals

Four priorities for Victoria–Beacon Hill: health care you can get, homes people can afford, a lower cost of living, and a downtown that works. For each one, I set out the problem, what I'll push for, and the number you can use to check whether it worked.
